SIMS SPECULUM DOUBLE ENDED

NGS® Sims Vaginal Speculum is a manual hand held speculum that is used to retract the vaginal wall to visualize the vagina during pelvic examination, Pap smear, endometrial biopsy, dilatation and evacuation and dilatation and curettage. The instrument consists of two blades angled at each end that are used to retract the vaginal wall. The surgeon holds the speculum in his non-dominant hand and gently inserts it into the vagina to retract it while manipulating the surgical instruments with the dominant hand.
