NGS® Scalpel Handle No. 3L is longer and thinner than handle No. 3. It is compatible with size 10 series disposable blades (10, 11, 12, 15) and used for sharp dissection. This handle has horizontal serrations near the blade end and diagonal serrations at the opposite end for thumb and forefinger gripping.
