KRISTELLER VAGINAL SPECULUM

NGS® Kristeller Vaginal Speculum is a manual hand held speculum used to visualize the walls of the vagina during pelvic examination, pap smear and cervical biopsy. The instrument consists of a single flat blade that is attached to a handle which is used to retract the lateral walls of the vagina. The instrument is available with different blade sizes. The surgeon gently inserts the Kristeller Vaginal Speculum into the vagina with the non-dominant hand and retracts the vaginal wall to examine the mucosa.
