SIMS (SCHULZE-BERGMANN) RECTAL SPECULUM
NGS® Sims (Schulze-Bergmann) Rectal Speculum is a surgical instrument that is used for visualizing the rectal mucosa for surgeries including hemorrhoidal band ligation, rectal biopsy, and sclerotherapy and outpatient procedures such as rectal examination. The instrument consist of two fenestrated blades that allow the blades to penetrate the anus with minimal discomfort. The screw lock allows the surgeon to fix the blades in an open position.
