NGS® Tischler Biopsy Forcep is used to take a sample of cervical tissue from the edge of the cervix during cervical biopsy. The instrument is a non-ratchet forceps with an overall length of 23 cm. it has tips which are crocodile like enabling the surgeon to grip and remove larger pieces of cervical tissue for cytology.
