GLOVER ANASTOMOSIS CLAMP

NGS® Glover Anastomosis Clamp is a tool used by vascular surgeons during bypass procedures involving intricate vascular connections. It allows the total occlusion of blood flow through arteries and veins in order to conduct bloodless resections of diseased vascular segments. This greatly enhances the surgical technique and reduces the risk of avoidable blood loss. The clamp has an overall length of 18 cm. It has capacious finger ring handles and features a ratchet mechanism to prevent slipped grasps. The blades are uniquely designed with a wide anterior curve that is 47 mm long. This can accommodate a wide range of vascular diameters and reach greater tissue depths. The inner aspects of the blades are serrated to enhance the force of their grip on smooth tissues and surfaces. A larger Glover Atrauma Anastomosis Clamp with a length of 22 cm and a 63 mm jaw is also available to provide an alternative choice for larger vascular anastomosis.
